HP and SLP USB Printing Conflicts

We have become aware to the problem that if you have an HP printer and an SLP connected to your PC via USB, you cannot print to the SLP.  IF you attempt to print to the SLP, the print job is handled by the HP and the result is a small "Happy Face" on the top of the page.

If this problem pertains to you, please download this DLL.  After you have downloaded the DLL, you need to move it into the following directory.

For Windows 95/98:  C:\windows\seiko 

For Windows NT/2000:  C:\winnt\seiko
